Hilary Giorgi is a New York-based writer and editor. Her work ranges from branded copywriting to investigative reporting and feature-length magazine profiles. She currently works for the New York Yankees.

Why I Got Involved:

I wanted to get involved in the Self-Esteem Rising Campaign because I believe strongly that women should be made to feel worthy. I had never heard of a self-esteem curriculum prior to learning about Beautiful Me, so when I heard their mission, I knew I wanted to do everything I could to extend their message to more people. Too many young girls grow up feeling less-than — to be able to help change that is work that I am proud to take part in.
