About:

Kate is the creator of all of the Self-Esteem Rising programs; Beautiful Me, Empower Me & Raising a Beautiful Child. She proudly serves as the Director of Education and, most importantly, as mom to 3 awesome teenagers.

Why I Got Involved:

I believe that the confidence gap is a real problem that needs a solution. I know that it is possible to change the way we regard ourselves, that our thoughts are an option, and that we can learn new self-care skills at any age. Self-esteem can rise when taught correctly and the outcome is extraordinary.
